Pre heat the oven to 200°C. |

Brush a little olive oil onto a baking tray. Cut the salmon into squares and place on the baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until they have changed colour, but not brown. If you wish you could grill the salmon pieces instead. |

While the salmon is baking, wash and remove the tough outer sections from the kale. Place half a tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan and heat. Place the kale in the saucepan. Add 3 table spoons of hot water. When the water begins to boil, turn down to maintain a simmer for 5 min. |

Move the kale to the side of the pan and add a teaspoon of olive oil. Add the sliced garlic and chilli and sauté until cooked but not brown. Mix with the kale. Drain in a colander or large sieve. |

To serve, scatter the kale around each plate and arrange the salmon and chille on top. |
