1, handful of Lettuce

Approx 7 slices of Cucumber

2 slices, Parma Ham

1 tsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Lemon or Lime Juice
Directions
I’ve included this salad to show you that you don’t have to have lots of ingredients to make a healthy, very low carbohydrate meal. This is an excellent choice if you are struggling with blood glucose levels or trying to keep some of your lighter meals low in carbs.

Combine the olive oil and the lemon or lime juice. |
